Christine Muscat

Speech-Language Pathologist
PhD Candidate (Rehabilitation Sciences)
Background: Christine Muscat is a Speech-Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). Christine completed a Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology (2021) and Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science (2023) at the University of Toronto. Christine has worked with children and youth in the private practice and rehabilitation hospital setting. She has a passion for applying research-based evidence to clinical practice and working with children, families, and the child’s interdisciplinary team to provide individualized client-centred care. Outside of her clinical work, she is completing a doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Science. The focus of her PhD work involves teaching educators how to work with children and youth in the classroom following acquired brain injury.

Working towards completing courses on: Gestalt Language Processors, AAC for Gestalt Language Processors and additional Talktools® feeding courses.
