Natalie Groisman

MHSc., SLP Reg. CASLPO

Speech-Language Pathologist

Natalie is a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist who recently completed her Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto in 2025.

Her clinical background spans pediatric populations including preschoolers, school-age children, and adolescents across private practice, school, and camp settings, with a focus on supporting autistic children and those with diverse communication needs. She provides assessment and intervention in early communication and language development, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), articulation, motor speech, social communication, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Natalie is committed to expanding her knowledge and tailoring therapy through evidence-based, creative approaches. She is especially passionate about play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy that celebrates each child’s unique strengths and interests while fostering meaningful connections. Natalie believes that family engagement and collaboration are central to effective therapy. She works closely with families to build trusting relationships and create supportive, engaging environments where children are empowered to grow their communication skills at home, in school, and in their communities. Natalie also prioritizes collaborating with interprofessional teams to provide coordinated, holistic support. Her therapeutic approach is based on the principle that communication flourishes when children feel safe, motivated, and eager to connect.
