Meaghan MacDonald

Speech-Language Pathologist
Meaghan MacDonald is a Speech-Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Dalhousie University in 2024. Originally from Nova Scotia, she brings a strong foundation in both medical and educational models of care.
Meaghan’s clinical experience includes supporting children and youth from birth to 18 years, as well as adults. She has worked with families of infants and toddlers to incorporate early language facilitation strategies; preschool and school-aged children with language and motor speech difficulties; pediatric voice disorders; cognitive-communication challenges following acquired brain injury; AAC users; and feeding difficulties in children with medical complexities.
Meaghan is passionate about integrating current research and evidence-based practices into her work. She values collaborative, team-based care and believes that meaningful communication growth happens when clients feel supported, engaged, and are having fun. Her therapy style is play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-focused, with an emphasis on incorporating each client’s interests to create an enjoyable and motivating learning environment.
