First Bites: A Starting Solids Club!

What Is First Bites?

First Bites, hosted by Thera+Kids is a 4-week, small group feeding experience for babies (5+ months) who are just starting solids and their caregivers. Guided by an SLP each session blends helpful info about safe feeding, hands-on food prep, and supportive community. You’ll leave with a clear sense of how to approach feeding safely and confidently, plus you’ll get to watch your baby explore new foods in real-time—with expert eyes on hand!

All foods will be prepped together on-site at Thera+Kids, with leftovers for home practice! We’ll handle the planning—so you can focus on feeding, learning, and bonding.
